Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring the success of our training sessions.

• Cancellations more than 7 days prior to the training session: Full refunds will be made (less handling fees if payment is by credit card) if a written request by the applicant is received at least one week prior to date of course.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the training session: Registration fees are non-refundable. However, participants may either:

  • Transfer their registration to another individual, or

  • Apply the registration fee as a credit toward a future training session.

If you wish to transfer your registration or apply a credit, please contact us at hammerenv@outlook.com prior to the start of the training session.

All courses are subject to cancellation by Hammer Environmental due to limited enrollment, pending natural disaster, or emergency situations. You will be notified of any cancellations via email.  Any payments either will be refunded or applied to another course.
